Battery life was expected to last a LITTLE longer than it does but that’s not a determining point. However, the service from order placement to order received … by the greatest. Takes way too long to process, to ship, etc. Granted the website states it could take awhile but in today’s age, most of everything ships much quicker. Also, if you need to contact customer service - it’s done through instagram. There is no direct email, number or anything on the contact us page for immediate support. That’s discouraging.

The batteries last soooooo long too which means it's very reliable. It fits all standard cartridges and is very comfortable to hold.

I love that an extra battery pack is included, as it allows me to switch batteries if one runs low while I’m still working (although the battery life is plenty long) Very nice color, good weight, awesome digital display.

    Have been using mast products for a few years, this was my first upgrade to a pen machine and it was amazing. Out of the box the machine feels weighty and well made and surprisingly extremely quiet. Have now used it for my first tattoo session lasting 7.5 hours with 21% still remaining on the battery with a total of 2 x 10 minute breaks and it worked flawlessly. Extremely easy to use, Fantastic display with sturdy buttons. Would highly recommend this product for purchase

    Straight out the gate, opening the box and taking the machine out felt much more professional and high quality than any other tattoo gun I have purchased or used thus far. This machine has a weight that is comfortable to work with, the machine feels and looks like it is high quality, and the biggest difference and most noticeable factor for me was the vibration noise. It is incredibly quiet and smooth to work with unlike many tattoo machines I’ve worked with before. For the price point, the quality and performance of this machine are outstanding. I would definitely recommend this machine to any person who’s interested in pursuing the art of tattooing professionally.

    It seems like a great device. It’s sturdy and feels like it’s made of pretty solid materials. Its vibration is really quiet compared to a cheap wired practice machine I bought on Amazon, but I’m not sure if quiet means better though? Anyways, it came in 13 days and both the original and second battery came like 98% charged so I tested that it worked straight out of the box. Awesome device. Btw I recommend googling a discount code cause I got mine for $151 after everything was said and done.
