   I ordered this machine and was so excited to test it out. The machine come with an attachable magnetic wireless battery which was very poorly designed ( or maybe I just got 1 that was defected ). I attach the battery to the machine and test it out and immediately noticed that it does not grip on very tightly. Turn on the machine and let it run for 30 second and noticed the speed was not consistent due to the fact the magnetic part was not holding steady. I tried twisting the battery either to the left of right while holding it with my hand then it would run at normal speed. But once I let my hand go and begin to tattoo the speed drop and at certain angle it would give out. I tried contacting them and the first email I got they didnt even acknowledge the problem and just said that machine is built with magnetic grip. I sent a video showing them the problem and said I would like a refund or at least and exchange for a replacement. I never got an email back from them after this. I tried emailing them again and still no reply. Very disappointed with their customer service. I understand it might be 1 defected machine but atleast communicate with your customer. Im still waiting to get a refund or an exchange but still no reply back from the company.
