1.Where we can ship to?

Our standard shipping time is 10-14 working days. But for some remote countries and cities, the delivery time can extend and may take 14-28 working days or even longer. If your delivery address is remote, we will assess whether the delivery time is feasible and may ask you to cancel the order. Thank you very much for your support and understanding!

  • Free Shipping over A$ 143.00 for customers in Australia.
  • Free Shipping over CA$ 129.00 for customers in Canada.
  • Free Shipping Over GBP£ 86 for customers in UK.

Below $100, we will collect $ 16.99 shipping costs for customer paying in US dollar.

Below A$ 143.00 , we will collect A$ 24.30 for customers in Australia.

Below CA$ 129.00, we will collect CA$ 21.90 for customers in Canada.

Below GBP£ 86, we will collect GBP£ 14.61 for customers in UK.

3.What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

– Processing time (2-3 working days): All orders are being processed within 24 hours, and an order confirmation will be sent to you within 10 minutes after the order was placed. We need 1-2 working days to inspect and pack the products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.

– Shipping time (7-10 working days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, the order usually takes 7 and 10 working days to arrive at your destination. The wireless machine or battery are special items and usually need 10-20 days to be delivered.

Note: Please note that these are estimates and aren’t guaranteed; we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. 4.Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes on my orders?

Customers from some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc. may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries levying rules.
